By accessing this website or engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use GreenerAmps if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you") and GreenerAmps ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the greeneramps.com website and our contracting services.
2. Our Services
GreenerAmps provides electrical contracting, construction, renovation, and green energy services. All work is subject to a prior site assessment, written quotation, and agreed schedule. Our electrical work is carried out by NICEIC-registered engineers and certified to BS 7671 standards where applicable.
3. Quotations and Payments
All quotations provided are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. We reserve the right to request deposits for materials or larger construction projects. Invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.
4. Cancellations and Variations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a scheduled site visit or project start date, you must provide reasonable notice. Any variations to the original agreed scope of work (e.g., additional electrical points or structural changes) may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GreenerAmps, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website. While we are fully insured and take the utmost care in delivering our construction and electrical services, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
